At Kichly, we take pride in the quality of our products and carefully inspect every order before it ships.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products and fulfillment process, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong item
  • No longer wanting the product
  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve your claim quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the shipping packaging (if applicable)

Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, or if it appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

We'll work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue. If your package is confirmed to be lost during transit, we'll provide a replacement or refund.

Please note that Kichly is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery to the shipping address provided by the customer, unless otherwise required by law.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders begin processing shortly after they're placed. If you need to make changes or cancel an order, please contact us immediately at kichlysupport@gmail.com.

While we'll do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once processing has begun.
